- Training: Implement improvement actions through customized training and workshops.

Status, Readiness and Process Risk Reviews

- For work-in-progress, conduct investigations and workshops to determine if the process or contract requirements in place are adequate and being appropriately applied, assess practices being used, assess risks and performance gaps, and develop a path forward to success. Examples: review the status of project control planning prior to funds authorization, or review project control practices during execution.
